Have comprehensive and clear top-to-bottom governance arrangements been defined and implemented?

Are governance forums structured appropriately and composed of the right sponsorship, leadership and stakeholder representatives?

Is the balance between day-to-day monitoring, checkpoints or gateways and “step-back” assessments appropriate?

Are the cycles defined for each forum appropriate to their role?

Are governance arrangements focused on ensuring the desired outcomes are delivered and not just that the delivery process is being followed?
