Are they actively engaged through effective communication?

Have all the relevant stakeholders in the change been identified?  (Do they include groups like regulators or unions?) 

Have all stakeholder groups been effectively engaged at the appropriate level?

Has an effective communication plan been defined and put into action with all stakeholder groups?

Are they able to have an appropriate impact on the initiative?

Are they committed to the change and working for the success of the initiative?

Is there appropriate support, e.g. training or mentoring, for those affected by the change?

Does this recognise the organisation’s ability to absorb change?
