Is it visible, active and accountable?
Has the executive team engaged with the change initiative?
Do they play an active role in shaping, leading and ’selling’ it?
Are they it visibly and clearly committed to the success of the initiative?
Has a sponsor been clearly identified?
Is that person senior enough and sufficiently actively involved to provide clear and effective sponsorship?
Is he or she actively engaged, visibly committed and clearly accountable for change delivery?
Has an executive been appointed to direct the initiative full time?
Does he or she have the seniority and time commitment to provide effective direction?
Is he or she actively engaged, visibly committed and fully effective?
