How we work

We aim to:

  • Operate in the gap between strategy and conventional programme management, where overall direction turns into action: priorities are set, roadmaps and plans are established and processes, skills and tools are put in place
  • Work across all the different areas needed to make the initiative succeed, particularly business and IS, and focus on aligning all their priorities and activities
  • Work closely with a few key individuals, usually the executive responsible for a large-scale change initiative, portfolio of initiatives or capability, or the CIO, and their direct reports - but we know we need to work at all levels to understand the situation and to deliver effective change 
  • Achieve a balance of “doing” and facilitating (advising or reviewing), but always with the emphasis on helping you and your teams take the work forward
